It’s Always a Matter of Trust!
How can anyone, living in America, have too very much faith in a system of government that fewer and fewer trust? Perhaps our currency logo should be changed from ‘In God we trust’ to something like ‘In God we trust, but government smucks, not so much’.
So, here we all go on a brand new merry go round that’s being trotted out by the Left. Free stuff for all with no increase in taxes (for those making less than 100K). Energy? Who needs that? Once again the all knowing Federal government is shutting our Nation down. At least parts of it, anyway! Businesses and people are being now asked to literally kill themselves in various alternative ways; depression, loss of income, isolation, etc. As of this post date, Chicago, New Mexico, Oregon enter lock downs; NYC, Maine, San Francisco and Minnesota tighten restrictions. And why is that happening? Because more and more individuals are being tested. Case in point. Doctors decide to test ten million citizens for split fingernails. Next day, CNN screams, ‘Tens of thousands come down with split fingernails! Trump does nothing!’
This virus is contagious, that be very true. Ergo you will see a ton of individuals testing positive. What you aren’t hearing is that of those who do come down with it, most under thirty have few if any symptoms to speak of. Those in the 40 to 60 range age group, and who are healthy, may experience a wide range of symptoms all the way up to and including illness serious enough to land them in a hospital. But, those cases are very rare. Lastly, we have a pretty significant number of older citizens who might also get ill. But, if there is nothing really wrong with them, doctors are seeing maybe a 2% death rate at worst. By far and away, Covid-19 is killing those individuals who have a number of comorbidities ( def: more than one disease or condition is present in the same person at the same time. Conditions described as comorbidities are often chronic or long-term conditions). The top three killer comorbidities currently are; heart disease, obesity and diabetes. The bottom line is this. That last category of individuals are already headed for the Pearly Gates and it doesn’t take much to impact their weakened immune systems to the point of catastrophic failure… As one physician once pointed out to me, ‘No one dies of the flu or SARS by itself, they die of complications such as pneumonia.’
Yet, like lemmings, millions of citizens who are at little risk continue to wear masks. The one that do need extra protection due to poor health should be instructed to just sit this one out. If they aren’t out in public places, it will be hard for them to catch anything much less a viral bug.
Does anyone even remember the border?
Well, everyone should and if Biden is confirmed later this year. He has avowed the desire to open the southern border wide, allowing millions upon millions free access to the country. He has promised these people free or subsidized healthcare, citizenship with no need to actual want to be an America, subsidized housing and food. Free education and even social security and welfare payments for those with third grade levels of education. Biden wants to see hardcore drugs legalized in order to make the Mexican drug cartels have an easier time of selling heroin to minors. Biden will be the darling of millions, for sure. That is assuming he lives much beyond January of 2021.
Governor Newsom, California’s gift from Satan!
Newsom is patently insane. That’s not a statement, it’s a fact. The list of bills he’s used to wreck California’s economy is breathtaking. And, while millions are escaping every year, millions more are replaced by illegal aliens. Yes, you can see it all in Newsom’s messed up state; feces and urine on the streets, homeless camping everywhere, drugs, prostitution, pedophilia and more. If there was a poster child presented for all things evil, Newsom would likely win hands down. Today, California’s infrastructure is rotting, the economy bankrupt and everyone is banking on a Biden lead presidency to bail them out. The problem being, that other Democratically run states will also be lining up for bailouts. Yet, that won’t even be much of a problem for Biden either, as he plans to raise corporate taxes up 7% across the board. Money that the affected corporations will just hand down to the luckless consumers. Wow, now that’s the progressive way to do things, isn’t it?
