All things that move in the universe can be described by three concepts; a cycle, a sine wave and a frequency. Walking is a good example. The repeating cycle is the uniform motion of one’s foot moving forward then moving backward with each full step. The resultant sinewave is a measure of the peak of the motion forward and then backwards. The speed at which that occurs is the frequency or forward motion of the step. Even the movement of something as tiny as an electron exhibits the same form of movement.
Therefore, unless an object is at absolute zero, all forms of matter are in constant motion. Ergo, there is some type of cyclical motion, amplitude of that motion (both positive and negative) and some relative speed of that motion. It is the countless numbers, of those objects in motion, that we perceive as reality. Stop all motion and reality ceases to exist.
